Time for a brand glow-up

Why does your team page look like a group chat?

One person’s cropped out of a wedding. One’s using a headshot from two jobs ago. Three are selfies. Somebody’s is black and white for no reason. It’s not that nobody cares — it’s that nobody’s ever been in the same room, with the same photographer, on the same day.

Consistent portraits = stronger branding = a team page you’ll actually want to link to.

One shoot, one photographer, one look.

Why the pop-up model works for busy teams.

Everyone picks their own slot through a private link, so nobody spends the day queueing. We arrive, set up, and work through the schedule. Portraits delivered — retouched and consistent, ready for every profile and page.

What you get

  • A real (good) photographer, in your space.

Not a technician with a folding backdrop. A working editorial and commercial photographer who shoots for brands you know, set up in your conference room — or outside on your block if the weather’s good.

  • Your photos in days, all of them.

A private gallery, fast. Pick as many as you want, download them, use them anywhere. No per-image fees, no five-selects-and-the-rest-are-hostage.

  • New hires? We’ll come back.

Half day or full day, wherever your team’s grown. Same photographer, same setup, same look — so your team page still matches a year from now.

  • Global team? No problem. That’s our bread & butter.

One office or six, one country or several. We coordinate across locations so a portrait shot in London sits next to one shot in New York and reads as the same team.

Pricing starts at $3,500 for up to 10 teammates. Every session is customized to your brand’s look and feel. Reserve a date and we’ll take it from there.

Questions

Before you book.

How does a pop-up day actually work?
  1. Reserve your date — pick any day in the open month and confirm it with the deposit.
  2. We get in touch — a short call about your brand, your space and how many people we’re photographing. We scope the day and send your budget.
  3. Your team books in — everyone picks their own slot through a private link, so nobody spends the day queueing.
  4. Shoot day — we arrive, set up, and work through the schedule.
  5. Portraits delivered — retouched and consistent, ready for every profile and page.
What am I paying, and when?

Pricing starts at $3,500 for up to 10 people, and $7,500 for up to 25. Bigger team? Tell us your headcount and we’ll price it to your team and your needs. The $2,500 deposit reserves your date and is applied toward your final project total — it isn’t an extra. Once we’ve spoken we send a tailored budget.

How far ahead can we book?

We open one month at a time, so you can pick any day in the next 30 days — with a minimum of one week’s notice so we can staff the day properly. The next month opens as this one rolls on.

Where can you shoot?

Wherever your team is — indoors or out. Your office, your studio, a rooftop, your block. And it isn’t one city or one country: tell us where your people are and we’ll bring a photographer to them.

What’s included, and what can we add?

A private gallery, fast. Take as many portraits as you want, download them, and use them anywhere — no per-image fees.

Optional add-ons:

  • Hair and makeup touch-ups
  • Additional shoot days
  • Multiple office locations
New hires, or someone who missed the day?

We come back. Same photographer, same setup, same look, so your team page still matches a year from now. Repeat days are quoted per project.

What if we need to cancel or move the date?
